Dynamic compliance

Regulatory & Sanctions Monitor

A dynamic rule without a date and primary source is not decision-grade information.

Why “country X is prohibited” is unsafe

Restrictions can apply to a product, code, service, person, vessel, route, transport mode, date window or destination, with exceptions or licensing. The monitor therefore records the legal dimension before any operational conclusion.

Kazakhstan — verified example

Order No. 175-n/q of 30 April 2026 (registered 4 May 2026, No. 38630) applies different export restrictions by period, transport mode, product/TN VED code and destination. One set runs 21 May–21 November 2026; another covers specified exports outside the EAEU customs territory from 1 July–31 December 2026. Always check the exact current text and exceptions.

UK list architecture changed in 2026

The OFSI Consolidated List closed on 28 January 2026. The UK Sanctions List is now the sole source for current UK designations; financial-sanctions interpretation still requires the relevant regulations and OFSI guidance.
