Data and purposes

Data supplied is used to understand the enquiry, assess fit, respond, prepare a proposal and manage a requested pre-contractual or contractual relationship. The access and preference system may process email address, preferred language, optional country, optional professional sector, optional interests, selected consents and minimum technical traceability.

Purposes are separated between functional access, update alerts, strategic newsletter and commercial communications. Functional access is not conditional on accepting newsletter or commercial communications. Non-functional subscriptions require double confirmation through OTP or a signed link.

The free subscription may include topic preferences and an optional notification about future personalised access. Premium or Corporate levels, charges and content restrictions are not active at this stage. If enabled later, their terms, purpose, legal basis and payment provider will be disclosed before any purchase.

If you create an MGS account, we may process password credentials stored only as secure hashes, consulting-profile information you choose to provide, your access tier and permissions, service-request history and security events. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Where appropriate and separately consented, profile data may be used to order recommendations and tailor the experience; it is not used for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

If paid services are enabled, MGS may record order references, the service purchased, amount, currency, status and technical references returned by the selected payment provider. MGS is not designed to store full payment-card details; payment processing will be delegated to the chosen provider and the relevant terms will be disclosed before charging is activated.

Communications, unsubscribe and suppression

Every non-functional communication includes an unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribes, complaints, permanent bounces and administrative blocks are reflected in a suppression list based on an email hash to prevent further unauthorised messages.

Technical metadata

On form submission, campaign source, page, coarse device category, operating-system and browser family, language, time zone and screen class may be recorded. The full user-agent string is not stored and no hidden fingerprint is created.

Assessment of your enquiry

The information supplied is used only to understand the request, decide whether we can help and respond. Age, sex, health, ideology or other sensitive characteristics are not inferred.

Legal basis and retention

Response and fit assessment rely on requested pre-contractual steps; update alerts, newsletters and commercial communications rely on separate consent. Pending unconfirmed requests, OTP records, technical events and consent history are retained according to configurable periods and require professional review. No definitive legal retention periods are fixed without specialist validation.

Recipients and transfers

Google Analytics 4 is denied by default and is enabled only after explicit measurement consent. Advertising and personalisation remain denied.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability or withdraw consent through the stated contact, and may complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
