CS-003 · Critical decision
Distributor acquisition: thesis and withdrawal
Composite due-diligence example ending in withdrawal.
Method in use
Realistic situations, explicit method, illustrative outcomes and declared limitations.
All three current cases are composite methodological examples. They do not describe real clients or evidence engagement outcomes. The library distinguishes critical decisions, continuity and illustrative improvements; a real case could be published only with express documented authorisation, even if anonymised.
CS-003 · Critical decision
Composite due-diligence example ending in withdrawal.
CS-002 · Continuity and governance
Composite example of transferring authority, knowledge and legitimacy.
CS-001 · Illustrative improvement
Composite example with hypothetical figures; not a promise of outcome.
Anonymisation is not authorisation. Before a real case is published, the record must contain client authorisation, authorised scope and date, editorial and legal review, and an assessment of re-identification risk arising from the combination of sector, dates, figures, jurisdiction and events. If that risk cannot be reduced, the case remains private or is reconstructed as a clearly labelled composite example.
