Founder & Strategic Director

Over three decades connecting operations, markets and complex decisions.

Juan Carlos Martín Gil brings multidisciplinary business experience, market judgement and personal direction to every diagnostic, engagement and deliverable.

Business track record

Cross-sector experience for reading the whole problem.

Juan Carlos Martín Gil is a multidisciplinary entrepreneur and strategic advisor. His documented track record spans more than three decades in strategic consulting, business management, operations direction and project development.

He has worked across construction, transport and logistics, food manufacturing, tourism and hospitality, local media, singular assets and international operations. His experience includes team leadership, process organisation, negotiation with lenders, suppliers and creditors, project acquisition, public tenders and market entry.

Within company-acquisition groups, he has served as cross-functional executive capacity during periods of direction, expansion, transition or restructuring. His work has been particularly relevant in critical situations involving liquidity, organisation, workforce and direct negotiation with lenders, suppliers, creditors and institutions.

Exposure to Spain, North Africa and projects connected with Latin America provides an operational and cultural perspective that is often missed when each issue is considered in isolation.

Through ventures and business ecosystems including EMLOCAN GROUP, he has connected consulting, investment and execution. At Martín Gil Strategy & Intelligence, that experience is applied through defined scopes, responsibilities and deliverables.
